About
To be honest I couldn't make up my mind to purchase green beans until the very last minute. Turns out I made the right decision; it's an amazing coffee. It has a light and refreshing mouthfeel but then you feel the syrupy sweetness at the core, just like an apple. Next moment you feel the spiciness of ginger ale and bursting notes of fruits. What a beauty!
How we roast this coffee
Temperature rise is moderate throughout, so I paid attention to avoiding under roast. I've put in high calories from the first half and diminished heat slowly, bringing out sweetness. Finished at 209C in 10 minutes.
